Serenity Prayer (written by written by the American theologian Reinhold Niebuhr (1892–1971)): "Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference".
The times they are a sign of a world seeking answers to a question that most people were not aware of. That is what is the role of another person in your life. In today’s reality it has become a possible danger, and paradoxically the closer and more intimate, the greater the danger. This is a time of building our own fortitude so that we way walk hand in hand with each other from a place of fortitude and freedom and not victimhood or surrender. This is a time of allowing ourselves the luxury of truly caring for ourselves, above the needs of others, of self-nurturing and acknowledging that we come first. And in doing so we open ourselves to true brotherhood, companionship and unconditional love. For only from a place of truly recognizing our needs, can we truly see the needs of another and acknowledge an understand their pain, their joy and their aspirations.
